Three Great Books
In recent weeks, I’ve been blessed with an opportunity to review the following titles: Jesus I Trust In You: A 30 Day Personal Retreat with the Litany of Trust, The Liber Christo Method: A Field Manual for Spiritual Combat, and Good Music, Sacred Music, and Silence: Three Gifts of God for Liturgy and for Life.
Things can get pretty hectic in life and sometimes we can be at a crossroads and we feel like we don’t know where to turn. The Jesus I Trust in You book can help the readers come to the realization that trust can be found in Jesus as he is always there for us in the good times and in bad. I highly recommend this book for everyone no matter where you are in your journey of life and faith. Sr Faustina Maria Pia, S.V. offers readers a life changing retreat experience. Don’t be afraid to dive in.
The Liber Christo Method book is a great resource for those who encounters the enemy in the everyday battle field. This book is full of necessary information that we need for taking the enemy on in battle. Dr Schneider obviously is very knowledgeable in the area of military training and spiritual combat. His experience shows amongst the pages you read in the book. This book compliments Fr Chad Ripperger’s Deliverance Prayers.
Dr Peter Kwasniewski of
has brought his love of liturgy and sacred music together in his latest book, Good Music, Sacred Music, and Silence. It is a book that goes in depth in the subject that is presented throughout the pages. Dr Kwasniewski does a great job in sharing how music and silence plays an important part in the life of the Church but also in our every day life as well. I was very excited to read this as it was the first book of Dr Kwasniewski’s that I’ve ever owned.Thank you to TAN Books for the opportunity to share some brief thoughts on the two of the above mentioned books and St Paul’s Center for the opportunity to share thoughts on Jesus I Trust In You. I encourage each of my subscribers to get a copy.
