As someone who has enjoyed past written work of Fr Arthur Tonne, I was very excited to learn Romanitas Press was releasing the latest in it's collection of Fr Tonne books, Funeral Talks.

If you've read any of Fr Tonne’s books, you can expect his same storytelling style.

In this book from 1952, Fr Tonne does an excellent job in bringing home what he is trying to get across with each talk.

In this book, not only do you find talks but you also find detailed explanations about the Catholic funeral as well as other topics related to death.

I find the material Fr Tonne presents in this work of his, it really makes one think as they reflect on the four last things: Death, Judgement, Heaven, and Hell.
